Free shipping is available for all USA orders with a total of $50 or higher.
All our shipments are packed in unmarked cardboard boxes and bubble envelopes to ensure discretion.
Shipping Speed
We endeavor to send out orders as quickly as possible. The majority of orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (weekends excluded). As a small business, though, there may be rare delays—for example, during high-demand periods like Locktober and Black Friday, or when unforeseen machine or tool maintenance is needed.
Multiple shipping speed options are available for you to choose from at checkout. Please be advised that any estimated shipping times shown on the checkout page only apply to the actual transit period; they do not cover the time required to prepare your order for shipment.
It’s also worth noting that estimated shipping times are merely approximations and not binding guarantees. From our experience, nearly all packages arrive safely and promptly, but some may encounter delays in transit, resulting in additional days or even weeks before delivery. We have no authority to control delayed packages and would greatly appreciate your patience should this occur!
International Shipping
We provide shipping services to destinations all over the world! Our products have been delivered to more than 30 countries spanning every continent.
International buyers bear full responsibility for all import-related expenses, including duties and taxes (VAT). Typically, the carrier (such as DHL or your local postal service) will get in touch with you to arrange payment of these import costs before delivering your package.
For European customers: VAT for ARTKEYCHAIN products is usually around 20%, varying slightly depending on your specific country. Duty fees generally fall between 5–7% but can fluctuate. Carriers may also impose a brokerage fee for handling customs clearance. These costs are beyond our control, and we thank you for your understanding as we keep working to find more efficient international shipping solutions.
Please understand that we cannot ensure complete privacy for international shipments. We make every effort to maintain discretion, but packages may have item names or descriptions in small print on the customs declaration form. Customs authorities in certain countries may also inspect packages and/or request further details about the items being shipped.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please send us an email right away to notify us of the change. We accept no responsibility for any loss caused by shipping to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us (due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues), we will resend it as soon as we can. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees if necessary for resending the package.
Tracking Not Updating
Most packages are delivered in a timely manner. However, some packages shipped via USPS may take unexpected routes and show a status of “Arriving Late” for several days or even weeks. We have no control over these delays and no access to additional tracking information beyond what is provided by the carrier. Please remain patient—almost all packages do arrive eventually.
Lost Packages
Lost before delivery: Any packages that go missing while in transit will be replaced at no extra cost to you.
Lost after delivery: We are not liable for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We cannot prevent theft or loss of packages after they have been delivered.
We recommend that all buyers have their packages shipped to secure locations, such as PO Boxes, UPS Stores, or office addresses. Based on our experience, these locations are more dependable than residential addresses for ensuring safe delivery.
If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest following these steps:
- Search your property thoroughly. Be sure to check your mailbox, as most of our boxes are small enough to fit inside. Ask your neighbors if they received your package by accident, and consider posting about it on Nextdoor or other local neighborhood groups. It’s quite common for packages to be delivered to the wrong apartment in a building or the wrong house on a street.
- Wait up to one week. Carriers often scan packages as “delivered” before they are actually dropped off—we don’t agree with this practice either! The good news is that these packages usually arrive on their own within a few days.
We understand how incredibly frustrating these situations can be. If you still cannot locate your package after taking these steps, please contact us. We may be able to assist by launching a carrier investigation to find the package, filing an insurance claim to replace your order, or providing help in other ways.
Lost packages containing ARTKEYCHAIN On Demand items: If a package with ARTKEYCHAIN On Demand items is lost in transit, you may either have the items remade (we will do this as quickly as possible) or receive a refund for their full value.
Military Shipping
We ship a large number of packages to both international and domestic military addresses! All military shipments are handled through USPS.
