Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the special nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, provide refunds for already shipped packages, or handle exchanges for different sizes.

However, if you receive your order and notice any problems—such as a defective product, missing item, or wrong merchandise—please contact us right away, and we will sort out the issue for you promptly!

Shipping Issues

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. Even so, if this happens, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will try our best to help.

In-stock items lost during transit: We will send you a free replacement of the same items—refunds are not offered in this case.

On-Demand items lost during transit: We will remake the same On-Demand items as quickly as possible and ship them to you for free. You may also opt for a full refund of their value instead.

Cancellations

In-stock items: We can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as you can.

On-Demand items: If you need to cancel your order, please email us right away. We can only cancel On-Demand orders within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, your On-Demand order may have already entered a complex, multi-step production process that cannot be stopped.

When an order is cancelled, you have two choices:

  • Store credit worth 100% of the order value.
  • A refund minus a 10% cancellation fee*. As a small business, this fee helps us cover costs like payment processor charges from your purchase—fees that payment processors do not refund to us when an order is cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders should show up in your account within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
