How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you’ll get an email containing a tracking number. Just click the “View my Order” button, and you’ll be directed to the tracking page instantly. Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number into the search box above to check its status.

When will my order be processed?

After you place your order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your items carefully and ship them out as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number (if available) linked to your order.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse located in China.

How long will it take to receive my order?
